POST, Susan Joy (Bagot) February 14, 1942 - January 23, 2013 It is with great sorrow the family of Susan Post announce she passed away peacefully at home. Sue showed courage and grace throughout her five year battle with ovarian cancer. Deeply missed loving wife and best friend of Fred Post for 51 wonderful years of marriage. Sue was adored by her three children, Leslie Post (Tom Overend), Glen Post (Catherine LaRocque) and Alissa Post (Stephane Claveau). Beloved Grandma to Hailey and Greg Overend, Gabrielle, Alexandra and Isabelle Post, and Sophie and Tristan Claveau. Dear sister of Paul Bagot and sister-in-law to John and Louise Post. Sue imparted to her family the importance of love and family values. Cremation has taken place. At her request, a celebration of life will be held in the spring.
