KINGSTON, David A.A.- It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David, after a courageous battle on Monday, March 19, 2007 at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital with his family by his side. Soulmate and rock for 23 years to his cherished wife Judy. Devoted father of Sharon Lott (Simon) and Gary Kingston of England and Andrew, Danielle and Mark Kingston of Oakville. David will always be honoured by his children and continue to be their guiding light. Baby brother of Michael Kingston (Enid) of England and Christopher Kingston (Christine) of Ingersoll, Ontario. Predeceased by his sister Patricia Holme. Community was always important to David. He was involved with Minor Oaks Hockey Association, past President of Kinsmen, board member of The Oakville Parent Child Centre, and Oakville Buzz Junior B Lacrosse. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Family and friends will be received at the Oakview Funeral Home, 56 Lakeshore Rd. W. (one block east of Kerr St.) on Friday, March 23, 2007 from 6-8 p.m. A Memorial Service to celebrate David's life will be held on Saturday at 1 p.m. in the Oakview Funeral Home chapel. A special thanks to the staff in the ICU at Oakville Trafalgar Hospital. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Oakville Trafalgar Hospital would be appreciated by the family. "Strength does not come from physical capacity.
