Proverbs 31 l Obituaries DEVENISH, Peter Patrick April 15, 1950 - February 1, 2013 After an unwavering fight against renal cancer, Peter passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on February 1, 2013 at the age of 62. He will continue to walk hand in hand in spirit with his wife, best friend and soul mate of 42 years, Ellen. Pop's mentorship, unconditional support and love will never be forgotten by his daughters, Christine, April and Shannon. His sons-in-laws, Ramon, Mike and Mike will miss his encouragement, advice and friendship. Peter will always remain a special Pop-Pop to his five grandsons, JP, Matthew, Joshua, Jeremy and Luke. His leadership and sense of humour will be sadly missed by his siblings Carolyn (Richard) of Manitoba, Susan (Rob) of Minnesota, Ed of Kanata and Patrick (Vickie) of Nova Scotia along with his brother-in-law Ken (Pauline) of Burlington and sisters-in-law, Susan and Barb of Toronto. An avid sportsman and life-long Montreal Canadiens fan, Bobby enjoyed the many friends he met golfing and playing hockey, badminton, and bridge. Bobby was a member and convener for many years of R.O.M.A.C. After a brief stay at Joseph Brant Memorial Hospital, Bud passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013, with his loving wife Terry and his family by his side.
