ALDERSHOT LIONS May 1956 Aldershot Lions received their charter at a special dinner and dance held at the Lions Hall, Burlington. President Russell Vickers of the sponsoring Burlington club, presided and special guests were Reeve W. C. Tyrrell, Ray Connell, M.P.P., and Frank Lennard, M.P. Al Chatland is the president and other executives as follows: 1st vice-president, C. L. Fisker; 2nd vice-president, R. Wade; 3rd vice president, W. A. Fellows; secretary, J. Thompson; treasurer, R. E. Wilson. The charter was presented by Claude Miller, District A-2 Governor. Gifts were received from the Lions Clubs of Burlington, Ancaster, Dundas, Blackheath, Mount Hope, Hamilton East, Hamilton Central and Hamilton Mountain.
