It will be held at Dorval Crossing, 270 North Service Rd. W. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. BBBS Halton hopes the public will come out to take part. Everyone is invited to bring unwanted paper documents to be shredded free of charge, but hopes a minimum donation of $25 will be made to help support much-needed children's mentoring programs. The service is provided by BBBS Halton's community partner, Shred-It Canada. "We are so fortunate to have the support of Shred-It for Kids' Sake Saturday O N A R O L L companies like Shred-It Canada and Boston Pizza," said BBBS Halton Executive Director Barbara Ferrone. "These events are so important to our charity and we really appreciate the community getting involved." BBBS is celebrating 100 years of mentoring in Canada in the year 2013. BBBS Halton provides children with various opportunities to form healthy relationships and create special memories with qualified and screened volunteers. It is an accredited member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada and a United Way member agency.
