ENG-015-07 RECONSTRUCTION, WIDENING AND URBANIZATION 0F THOMPSON ROAD (MAIN ST. E. TO DERRY RD.) Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Municipal Act, S.O. 2001, Chapter 25, as amended, that the Council of the Town of Milton at ils meeting to be held in Town Hall, 43 Brown Street, wiil consider approving the design for the reconstruction and widening of Thompson Road f rom Main Street East to Derry Road and the appropriate temporary road closure bylaw. Date: Monday March 26, 2007 Location: Town Hall Victoria Park, 43 Brown Street Time: 7:30 p.m. The temporary closure(s) will be in effect fromn April 2, 2007 until December 21, 2007. Such a bylaw will allow for periodic restrictions to through traffic. Local access will be maintained throughout the construction. Plans detailing the project are available for viewing between 8:30AM and 4:30PM at the Engineering Services Department at 555 Industriel Drive. On March 26, 2007 beginning at 7:30 PM, the Council of the Town of Milton will review the design drawings for the proposed works and, not withstanding objections, approve the design for future construction and the appropriate temporary road closure bylaw.
