A draft Ternis of Reference is now availabte for review on the GTA West website (www.gta-west.com) and ai local libraries. interested persons are encouraged to revîew and comment on the draft ToR hy May 18, 2007. Once comments are receîved, the ToR wîii be revîsed and submitted 10 the Mivîster ot the Environment tor an approvai decîsion. As part of the iegisiated approval process, the Mînîster of tEe Envîrosment miii inîtiate a formaI pubic revîew of the ToR 10 assîsi in making an approvai decîsion.
