The draft document, called the Community Services Master Plan, was presented to town council Monday evening. It contains action plans for new indoor and outdoor recre- ation facilities, sucb as for two new ice rinks, a double gym- nasium and two bardball diamonds at the Milton Sports Centre, a barrier-free playground in a centralized location for children witb disabilities and dedicated youtb and senior spaces at new or expanded leisure facilities. Ward 4 Councillor Wendy Scbau noted sbe's pleased to see an accessible playground in tbe cards. "I tbink tbat's a very good thing for a community to bave for cbildren wbo bave disabilities," sbe saîd.
