In the presentation to representatives from the Ministry of Energy & Infrastructure, Mr. Halls stated "Milton is a prime example of a community that has grown so fast that its health infrastructure hasn't been able to keep pace. Renewing and expanding the health infrastructure in areas like Milton must be considered a priority." Mr. Halls concluded his presentation by noting that "we need to work together to make sure our health infrastructure remains current so that our health services can be delivered safely and effectively, and meet the needs of our population." HHS Receives Full Accreditation Accreditation Canada has awarded Halton Healthcare Services (HHS) a three-year full Accreditation with no conditions and has recognized HHS for three 'leading practices'. This recognition from Accreditation Canada, a not-for-profit, independent organization that provides national and international health care organizations with an external peer review process to assess and improve the services they provide to their patients and clients based on standards of excellence, speaks volumes about the quality of care that is provided at our hospitals by our staff, physicians and volunteers.
