Activities begin at 7:30 p.m. with proceeds from food and drink sales going towards equipment purchases for the new Oakville hospital. The OTMH Sunset Cinema replaces the OTMH Classic Father's Day Run/Walk, which ran for 16 years in Wallace Park. That event featured a fun run, breakfast, activities for children and a barbecue. A. Blakelock High School learned about the dangers of the road from the people who are among the rst called to the scene of an accident. Fire ghters from the Oakville Fire Department's competitive Auto Extrication Team were at the Rebecca Street high school Monday afternoon where they demonstrated an extrication. Students watched as the re ghters broke a car's windshield -- the car donated for the purpose by Oakvillebased Skid Control School.
