Amateur radio operators will host their annual field day this weekend to test their emergency preparedness when all else fails. The Annual Field Day Emergency Test starts Saturday (June 22) at 2 p.m. and ends 24 hours later. Oakville Amateur Radio Club members will set up three transmitters (Morse code, voice and digital) at Bronte Creek Provincial Park.
