And the community came. The meal served approximately 80 recipients of Kerr Street Ministries' (KSM) daily dinner last Thursday, (June 27). "I think it's humbling and I think it's very supportive for the community for us to connect. There's no better way to connect than to share a meal," said Karen Baring, mom of Sophia. The idea was formed when Baring heard from her friend, who volunteers at KSM, the organization needs support to provide the daily meal.
