The Shrine Circus, which raises funds for the work of local Shriners, will be at the entertainment district for seven performances from July 25-28. The show will feature the Zerbini Family Circus, which this year is celebrating its 250th year in the travelling business, having started humbly in Paris, France in 1793. Now, 10 generations of Zerbinis later, the show is still going strong, produced by Tarzan Zerbini. "This year is really important to us," said ringmaster and performance director Richard Curtis.
