The 23-year-old Falgarwood resident won the contest at the CHIN International Picnic at Exhibition Place in Toronto. The Holy Trinity Catholic High School graduate is an instructional therapist at ErinoakKids in Oakville, where she works with children with autism. Di Bella has been attending the CHIN picnic since she was a little girl and said winning the pageant was an honour. Submitted photo
