Named after the late Gabrielle Ide Cinanni, who died of congenital heart disease on Nov. 9, 2010 at the age of five, the event raised more than $50,000 for Toronto's Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) with donations still coming in. Proceeds from this year's event will support the World First Fellowship program at SickKids -- a pediatric cardioembolic fellowship.
