The Oakville organization is hosting its Salute to Youth concert tonight (Wednesday), featuring the performances of grand prize winners and finalists from the Canadian Music Competition (CMC). The CMC finals wrapped up in July. ArtHouse celebrates young musicians tonight The CMC selects grand prize winners in four categories and this year there were five winners as there was a tie in the oldest age group. The Oakville concert will feature two of those winners. They are 17-year-old violinist Alex Volkof and nine-year-old pianist Leonid Nediak.
