Trans-Northern Pipeline Inc. is continuing to deal with ground water contamination present within a 350metre site just west of the Speers and Bronte roads area and north of the CN rail line, where its pipeline leaked back in March 2010. "The project to return the affected area to its pre-leak state continues. Trans-Northern Pipeline Inc. is committed to cleaning up this site to the satisfaction of all regulators and see Cleanup's on p.14 The Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides recently held a reunion for some of its graduates and their families at its 152 Wilson Ave. school. More than 2,000 dogs have graduated from the program. The inaugural event was spawned by a Facebook group that wanted to organize a gettogether with fellow graduates to raise funds for Dog Guides.
