The workshop, called How Teens Grieve, will be hosted by psychotherapist Sharon Lowe. It will be held at Knox Presbyterian Church, 89 Dunn St. on Monday, Nov. 4. Lowe has worked with children, teens and adults for over two decades. She has a Master's degree in education and trained as a psychotherapist at The Toronto Institute of Human Relations. She works with children, teens and adults who are grieving, as well as for a variety of other issues. During the workshop, the expert will discuss how teens grieve to give them better support through family, school or the community. The event is open to the public.
