It's at Westwood Park, 170 Wilson St., from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Participants can dress up in their Halloween costumes and bring their carved pumpkin for the judging competition -- register a pumpkin at 6:30 p.m., judging is at 7:30 p.m. There will be music, refreshments and prizes for the most creative pumpkins.
