Description
Names have been handwritten on the surround of this photograph, some include arrows pointing to the person. I've guessed the date to be about 1905 or 1906 as Ruth Cullingworth, born in 1898, was about 7 years old and her brother, George, the big boy in the front row was 11 or 12 years old.

The students and teachers are at the front entrance of Munn's School.
Notes
Daniel Munn, who owned the land around Sixth Line and Dundas Street that eventually became the hamlet of Munn's Corners, built a log cabin school on his property which doubled as a church on Sundays in 1808. Land for a new church and school on the northeast side of Dundas Street at Sixth Line was deeded by Jordan Munn, another son, in 1842. A frame church was built in 1844 and a school at the present-day Munn's Church site in 1852. A new location for a school was found on Daniel Munn's original land grant and a new one-room school was built in 1900, S.S. #3, Munn's School. The present day at 1511 Sixth Line replaced that one-room school.
