The Eagles earned a trip to the Ontario finals by beating two other Georgetown teams at a qualifying tournament at the Fairgrounds, then defeated Milton in the Select Ontario Baseball Association play-in game. Newcomer Robbie Murden opened the scoring for the 2-2-0 Raiders, who also received a pair of assists each from Nick Perruccio and Drake Hart. Daniel Mainella earned the win in goal, stopping 20 shots.
