Born in Oakville on Sept 14, 1988, Fraser passed away peacefully at the Milton Hospital. Special thanks to Will who spent endless hours with Fraser playing Xbox games and keeping him company. We would also like to thanks nurse Stacey, and too many others to name at the Milton Hospital who made Fraser's last stage of life more enjoyable with their love and kindness. Heartfelt thanks to many of our friends who have supported us (and him) over the past few years especially his "Martha Stewart".
