(Reduced Impaired Driving Everywhere) spot check on Saturday night at Peel and Young Streets. At 11:44 p.m. police searched a vehicle and found the driver in possession of 127 grams of marijuana, 127 grams of hash, and a total of $1,870 in cash. He was charged with two counts of possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and driving while impaired by drugs. He was released on his own recognizance. Earlier that night at 11:21 p.m. at the same location, police searched two occupants of a car and charged each with possession of 14-grams of marijuana. Both 20-year-old Acton men were released on their own recognizance. Fire Calls Acton firefighters were not required after being called to an accident involving two motorcycles on 15 Side Road, between the Fifth and Sixth Lines at 7:09 Friday night.
