The 1:19 a.m. crash left two people trapped inside the overturned vehicle. They were extricated by Milton re ghters and rushed by ambulance to Milton District Hospital then airlifted by Ornge air ambulance to nearby trauma centres. They remain hospitalized in serious, but stable, condition. The crash occurred at 1:19 a.m. as a Pontiac Grand Am, in which all four were travelling, was headed southbound on Fifth Line, just south of Britannia Road. Police reported the car ipped over, struck a hydro pole and came to rest in a eld.
