Car seat safety clinic on April 12 Children are precious cargo when they're in vehicles and a car seat safety clinic April 12 at Budds' Chevrolet aims to keep them safe. When parents don't know proper car seat safety procedures, they put their children's lives at risk on the roads. "Chevrolet is dedicated to keeping kids safe and that's why Budds' Chevrolet has made that commitment to families in Oakville... with the Safe and Sure Child Car Seat Installation Workshop Program," stated a news release. Chevrolet is working with Parachute, a Canadian charity dedicated to preventing injuries and saving lives, to roll out the new Chevrolet Safe and Sure program to help educate parents and caregivers with hands-on instructions on car seat safety. The program offers free one-on-one workshops with a certified car seat technician who will teach families and caregivers how to use and install car seats in any vehicle so children are secured for every ride no matter the make or model of their vehicle. Interviews with certified car seat technicians, who will offer safety tips and training will take place April 12 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at the Budds' Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC dealership at 410 South Service Rd. W. Those interested are encouraged to drop by or contact the dealership at 905-845-1681. 23 | Thursday, April 3, 2014 | OAKVILLE BEAVER | www.insideHALTON.com Halton.ca 311 Halton Small Business Centre Summer Company Are you a student between the ages of 15-19?
