"The expansion of (Hwy.) 401 should have occurred at a much more rapid rate -- obviously it should be opening this spring, not in 2024," he said. Chudleigh said despite his almost 20 years of experience at Queen's Park he doesn't take a single vote for granted and continues to stick to the fundamentals of doing what's right for Halton.
