To date, six males, including four former members of the Burlington Sailing and Boating Club have come forward with allegations of assaults that took place in the Oakville, Burlington, Nepean and Kingston areas when they were between the ages of 13-16, said Halton police. Four alleged victims came forward last week. Two more had done so prior to yesterday's hearing when additional charges were laid against the accused. The alleged incidents date back to 2003, according to police, who continue to investigate. Those organizations, including the YMCAs in Oakville and Burlington, the local Red Cross, and yacht clubs in Oakville and Bronte, issued statements to their members and posted messages on their respective websites.
