McGUIRE, Winnifred Edith Mary (nee CLARK) Wyn passed away peacefully at Post Inn Village on Friday March 28, 2014 in her 96th year. She has left us to join her best friend and the love of her life, the late William (Mick) McGuire, her husband of 67 years. Wyn was the loving mother of Janet Everett, Michael (Marian) McGuire and Stephen (Arlene) McGuire. She was the cherished grandmother of Cheryl, Stephen, Patrick, Daniel, Sean, Brandon, Kyle and Grant and great grandmother of 12. Wyn was an active member of the Marian Ladies and the Catholic Women's League in Oakville for many years, holding several executive positions. She will be sadly missed by her family, her nieces and nephews and many friends. Funeral Mass to be held at Mary Mother of God Church, 2745 North Ridge Trail, Oakville on Friday, April 4th at 11:00 am. Inurnment to follow at Glen Oaks Memorial Gardens (9th line & Dundas), followed by light refreshments in the Glen Oaks Lounge.
