A number of new stores have opened, including Black Caviar, Maska, James Perse and Pretty Thingz, she said. Paradiso Restaurant, Ristorante Julia, Southside Cottage Grill, The WORKS Gourmet Burger Bistro and Bru Restaurant will open patios for the night, Black added. The Knights of Columbus is also hosting a beer garden at 326 Lakeshore Rd. E. As is tradition, according to Black, about 20 local community groups will also be taking part in the signature summer event. One such group is the Rotary Club of Oakville. Its members will be setting up a photo booth, supplying guests with entertaining props and costumes. They'll also have a clown, candy floss and face painting. Proceeds raised will support Food4kids.ca, a charity giving meals to hundreds of local children and their families in need. A free shuttle bus is being offered between the Oakville GO Station and Church and Dunn streets every 15 minutes between 6 p.m.-midnight.
