Take a tour and check for ghosts They're back -- Ghost Walks at Spruce Lane Farmhouse will be held on Sunday (Aug. 10) and Aug. 24. Participants will get to find out if the old Oakville farmhouse is really haunted with tours taking place every 15 minutes from 7:30-9 p.m. No reservations will be made. Guides will share real-life stories and extraordinary evidence gathered by paranormal investigators as participants tour the century-old buildings by lamplight. The program is not intended to be scary, but rather an educational tour to share occurrences, observations and unexplained happenings in the farmhouse while exploring Victorian beliefs and customs regarding death and the afterlife. The 45-minute tour is suited for people aged seven or older. It is not stroller- or wheelchairfriendly and dogs are also not permitted. Program participation is included in the regular $16 Daily Vehicle Pass for Bronte Creek Provincial Park; seasonal and annual vehicle passes are also available.
