LUKASIK, Jean Helen It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Jean on Saturday, April 19, 2014 in Burlington at the age of 81. Beloved wife for 57 years to Chester. Cherished mother of Brian (Ingrid), Linda, and Steve (Andrea). Proud Babci of Chris, Adam, Jake, Colin, Dylan and Tyler. Jean will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dominic Church, 2415 Rebecca Street, Oakville on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. Celebration of Jean's life luncheon to follow at Harbour Banquet Centre, 2340 Ontario St., Oakville. Special thanks to Dr. Swanson and all the wonderful staff at the Carpenter Hospice. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Carpenter Hospice located in Burlington would be appreciated by the family.
