CORE is a membership pro gram offering an extension of the town's Parks and Recreation pro grams. Open to all, the workshop takes place Mon. March 25 from 6:30-9:30 p.m. at Town Hall's Oakville Room, 1225 Trafalgar Rd. Admission costs $10 for members and $20 for non-members. Avalon Consulting & Associates will hold the threehour workshop. The idea is that stories tell, create and rein force culture. They make com plex information and ideas simpler, create vivid pic tures of the future and inspire. This workshop will look at bringing difficult issues to the table and get ting groups to talk honestly as well as see complex issues in a com prehensible way, enhancing the way people listen to one another. It will be led by Avalon's Glory Ressler and Lynne Bubic. They bring more than 10 years of experience in working with non-profit agen cies as well as experience in pro viding coaching and training for corporate organi zations.
