Under the current OMB legisla tion, developers like Palm Place Developments can appeal within 90 days of filing an application - whether or not the application is "complete." "We need a definition of a complete application before the clock starts ticking at 90 or 180 days," said the mayor. Mulvale assured ihe crowd they had heard the message, but said Council could n't give away its hand and suggested there were probably developer representatives in the audience. "Sometimes we have to not give you information to further the message you're giving us." said the mayor. "Council has heard your delegations this evening and Council has listened to your delegations. In camera we gave a unani mous resolution directing stalf as to where and how to proceed." said Mulvale. The mayor said a pre-hearing confer ence date has yet to be set but that the Town would keep residents informed via e-mail as well as public notice.
