More than 20 performers sang or played a variety of different musical styles from pop to classic rock, Celtic, jazz, and even a couple of old show tunes. Between the entry fee and the 50/50 draw they raised $575 for the Oakville & Milton Humane Society. Academy director James Franczek said he was thrilled with the performance "The atmosphere was so upbeat and lively" said Franczek. "Students of all ages and levels were there to share their love of music and to help support a great local organization." The audience also enjoyed two lively Celtic tunes played by the Oakville Celtic Fiddle Orchestra, and organizers have set a fundraising goal of $1,000 for next year.
