Focus on mental health awareness at home The Halton District School Board has produced a short film for parents and guardians as part of its strategy to promote positive mental health and well-being. "Mental health and well-being is everyone's responsibility and requires a wholeschool and community approach," David Euale, director of education for the Halton board, said in a press release. "We know positive mental health and student achievement are closely connected," said the director. "We hope this video helps to create awareness of mental health issues and an environment that supports our students to succeed." The video is one part of the board's Mental Health and Well-being strategy.
