There is nothing to suggest Ozollapa, who speaks with a heavy Latvian accent, met with foul play, according to police, but they are concerned for his well-being. Ozollapa lives in Burlington with his wife and young daughter. Police said he also has two adult children living in Europe with whom he was "close" and maintained daily contact. No one in his family has heard from the missing man. Ozollapa left work in his vehicle, a 2002 black Chevrolet Avalanche that has personalized Ontario licence plate reading `Ozollapa.'
