- Anniversary services will be held in the Presbyterian church next Sunday.
Our merchant Mr. Betts is doing a big business in his general store these days.
Mr. Joseph Shortill, who has been in Brandon for the past three years, was married last Wednesday, Oct. 17th, to a western lady.
The farmers in this locality are busy harvesting their apples.
Quite a number of our citizens took in Erin fair last Friday. Mostly all remained for the concert in the evening and report a good entertainment.
Mr. Angus Campbell has returned after spending a couple of months in the North West. He liked the county fine and intends returning in the spring.
