Correction Advertorial Upgrade your daily routine with the latest skincare technology (NC) The latest trend in skincare technology makes it easier to achieve and maintain smooth, healthy-looking skin. Known as sonic skincare, the new handheld devices feature oscillating brush heads that cleanse the skin. Sonic technology is designed to gently remove dirt and impurities, and is more effective than washing with hands or a washcloth. "It's like getting a spa facial treatment at home," says Shoppers Drug Mart beauty expert Pierce Rees. "The new sonic brush from Life Brand is gentle enough to use everyday--simply wet your face, use a small amount of your favourite facial cleanser, and let the sonic oscillation do the work." "This technology is not only great for regular facial cleansing, it also helps prevent clogged pores and blackheads from developing," says Rees. Like the Life Brand brush, most devices come with interchangeable heads for various purposes, such as regular cleansing and exfoliating. Also trending in skincare are problem-solution products that t in a purse or desk drawer, like oil-absorbing sheets, and lotions that contain nourishing ingredients like aloe, vitamin E or argan oil. www.newscanada.com Beauty&Spa MICRODERMABRASION A progressive, non-invasive procedure for skin resurfacing Improves: Sun Damage · Fine Lines · Age Spots · Large Pores · Acne Scars · Superficial Blemishes For a limited time, receive a Microdermabrasion Treatment for only $99.00!
