CROOKS, Thomas Allan "TAC" With his family by his side Tom passed away on Saturday, May 17, 2014 at the age of 78. Loving father of Jennifer Sands (Mike), Colleen Wood (David), Bill Crooks (Sarah), Meredith Crooks and Mike Crooks (Anika). Cherished grandfather of Laura, James, Emma, Eric, Alex, Tess and Owen. Tom will be fondly remembered by his former spouse Mary. Survived by his sister Margaret Schricker-Hampton as well as his nieces and nephews Kathleen, Kim, Sherri-Lee, David and Andy and their families. Service of Remembrance will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 1p.m. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Tom are asked to please consider Hamilton Naturalists' Club or Bird Studies Canada. www.smithsfh.com.
