According to investigators, the inci dent occurred around 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3 as two women shopped together in the Winners store at 200 North Service Rd. One o f the women noticed a man standing close to them had placed a m ir ror on the floor and appeared to be using it to look up the other woman's skirt. When the man realized the woman had observed him, he fled the store. The women, who did not know the man, then reported the incident to store staff and police were contacted the next day. Security tapes are being reviewed in an attempt to locate the man. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 40 years old. sixfeet tall with a skinny build and short dirty-blond/gray hair. He was clean shaven and wearing a blue dress shirt, dark pants, black shoes and gold framed glasses. Police are asking anyone who knows the man's identity, or who has informa tion about the case, to call 905-8254747 ext. 2205 or Crime Stoppers at 1800-222-TIPS.
