It wasn't just the weather that was good, however, as this unique tourna ment at Richview Golf Club had its "best year ever" raising a whopping $10,000, said tournament founder Peter Freill. He named the tournament after his father in honour of his charity work. That pushes the contributions over the past decade to over $60,000. Charities for this year include Wellspring, The Good Shepherd Centre (Toronto), the Alliance for Lung Cancer Awareness, Support and Education, and the CYP (Oakville).
