Oakville residents appointed to Mississauga Halton LHIN board The Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) recently appointed two new board members: Oakville residents Kimbalin Kelly and Gulzar Ladhani. The three-year appointments were announced by board of directors chair Graeme Goebelle.
