"I can't imagine not skating or playing hockey, so I made a Christmas wish," said Declan Bowman, 6. "I wished all kids could have the chance to learn how to skate, so they can feel as happy as I feel when I play hockey." Only five of 37 youths in youth development programs at KSM have skates, so a donation box has been set up at the Ice2Ice Development Hockey Centre to collect 32 other pairs needed.
