The key purpose of a Halton drug strategy "Connected to your Community" HEDS looking for survey participants for its municipal drug strategy is to: · Prevent, reduce and eliminate discrimination and harms associated with substance use · Reduce fragmentation · Limit duplication of services · Ensure well-informed community activities · Improve access to community services · Ensure services are well-informed and of the highest quality "We are working from a four-pillar approach -- prevention, treatment, harm reduction, enforcement," said Coll-Smith. "The mission of HEDS is to develop a comprehensive equitable drug strategy for the community of Halton through an inclusive and collaborative process.
