Daffodil Month, held every April, is a CCS national fundraising campaign. "By volunteering just a few hours of your time selling daffodil pins at local grocery and retail businesses in support of our Daffodil Month campaign, you will be saving lives and helping people who are living with cancer," stated a CCS press release. Volunteers are needed between today (Thursday) and Sunday (April 12) and April 16-19. Shifts are two hours and those interested can sign up for one or more shifts to sell daffodil pins for a donation in Burlington, Georgetown, Milton, and Oakville.
