In 2014, Rondeau took on more responsibility as a program co-ordinator and now helps with inventory, accounting, food service and fundraising. For his efforts, he was awarded the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers, which honours youths, between the ages of 15-24, who have contributed a considerable amount of their time to a charitable or not-for-profit organization or initiative and have inspired other youths to volunteer.
