She died peacefully and comfortably surrounded by her family. Linda was a devoted wife of 51 years to Ron Burrows, proud mother to her children, Steven Burrows and Stacy Bogden (Kerby) and loving, nurturing "Nani" to her grandchildren; Jessica and Emily Burrows and Brook and Devon Bogden. Linda was a dedicated mother and beautiful soul who loved nature and her family, teaching them the importance of kindness, humour and most importantly love. Linda was compassionate and thoughtful, always putting the needs of others before her own. Linda will be deeply missed and is survived by her father, Frederick Beatty, siblings Dave Beatty (Lucy), Paul Beatty (Lenka), Darlene Hardy and many extended family and friends including her beloved companion Lucky. The family extends their thanks to all the staff at Trillium Health Centre and especially the ICU. Pauline grew up in England in the Second World War and its aftermath. Given that her Dad served overseas, she didn't meet him until she was 6 years old. She married Keith on Canada Day 1961 and immigrated to Canada in 1976. She missed England dearly but gradually acclimatized to life in Canada becoming a vocal and loyal fan of the Toronto Maple Leafs. Hockey made her Canadian. Pauline worked at OTMH for many years before moving on to The Wool Bin in Downtown Oakville. As a warm, generous and kind person, she made friends wherever she went. Her garden and knitting were lifelong passions. Her roast beef and Yorkshire pudding was world famous. Friends are warmly invited to attend a celebration of Pauline's life on Sunday, June 7, at 11:00 a.m. at the Harbour Banquet Centre, 2340 Ontario Street, Oakville (Bronte Harbour). Marc was born in Toronto and raised in Oakville, Ontario until his late teens. Marc was always interested in construction at a very young age. He started his own business in Burlington, Ontario and took that business with him when he and his mother moved to Chagrin Falls, Ohio in 1982. Marc graduated from high school and joined the US Navy to further his career as a construction engineer. He then settled in Ravenna, Ohio. He leaves to mourn his wife Ann, and sons Daniel and James. His Mom Pearl Levesque of Barrie, Ontario, sister Barbara and bother-in-law Guy Farrell, brothers Raymond and Edward, niece Samira, nephews Brendan and Skyler all of Toronto, Ontario.
