The funds were raised from the sixth annual charity golf tournament held in September at the Richview Golf and Country Club in honour of OPSEU colleague and former golf committee chair. Gord Armes, who died earlier this year. The golf tournament was a huge success with an excellent show of support from OPSEU members, Burlington Firefighters and Halton Region staff.
