These tickets are being held for members at the bar. I Plans are now underway for our Childrens Christmas party and the membership has until November 14 to get their chlldrens names in. Don't disappoint the small fry. Members of the branch will be saddened to hear of the passing of Ernie Graff. Ernie was one of our old members who recently transferred to Port Dover. We would like to have a lot of volunteers for the redecorating of the upstairs hall. Please leave your name behind the bar. It will be done on a Sunday. It must have been gratifying to ,the east on Saturday night when they received a son, Cora Winn, . Vi Malloy, Stevie Elliott, Yvonne Ruys, Jean MacDonald and Ethel Court. Mildred Hardiman and MaQ'gOverland were the curtain pullers, and Marg received and Aggie award for the work she put into making the costumes. Aggy awards were also presented to Lila and Bery' for best actresses, Myrtle f'or bast comedienne, and best production number, 'Guitarzan' with Oarrie., Eileen and Janet Garnier. Flowers and an award were presented to Lorraine COU'l't who wrote and produced the show. All in aliI, they were three outstanding evenings and we the Branch are quite proud of them. 'Hold Parade November 7 The Remembrance Day Parade will be held on Saturday, November 7. The parade will form up at the Bronte Athletic Field at 10:15 a.m. SH~RP we are asking every veteran to show up and make this the largest parade in the history of the Bronte branch. Turn out and sell POPPIES WANTED The War Veterans in Westminster Hospital, London, Ont. are busy making rugs to pass away the time, and they are in need of old nylons or panty hose.
