Take up the Fearless Challenge to help beat cancer What if you could take the fear out of cancer by facing your own fears for money? That's the question the Canadian Cancer Society, including the local Halton Unit, is asking residents across the country and inviting them to take up the Fearless Challenge. The event features people pledging to overcome their fears -- no matter how big or small -- for a dollar amount they set. They are then challenged to tell everyone they know and try and reach their fundraising goal. Once that happens, they complete their fear challenge, record it and post it online.
